Patterned after Donald Trump’s extremely successful Trump International Hotel and Condominium Tower in New York, this 645 foot tall tower, clad in gold glass with sparkling white accents will commence construction in 2005. This is a joint venture between Donald Trump and Phil Ruffin, who owns the Frontier Hotel. The 1,600,000 square foot building will be divided into 1,282 units that range from 600 to 3,000 square feet of living space. Recently, it has been announced that a second tower will be constructed due to the first tower being 80% sold out.
