Evolution Lofts

The Evolution Lofts Information Center is now open and interest is remarkable for the 159 lofts, says Ike Prinsloo of The Prinsloo Group, who represents sales for the downtown high-rise building where prices range from $450,000 to more than $1,000,000.

It also designed 19 different plans ranging from 806-square-foot one-bedroom apartments to 2,100-square-foot penthouses, each with generous 10 or 11 feet-high ceilings.

In true urban style, Evolution Lofts will have hardwood flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows for impressive “high-roller” views. Modern indulgences include “soaker” tubs in the master bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with Italian cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
